R3Now Consulting (dba as IITRun — Innovate, Integrate, Transform, and Run) is dedicated to advancing knowledge and excellence in technology delivery. While this site is associated with a commercial, for-profit entity, this site’s purpose is unambiguous and clearly intended for Commentary, Research, Scholarship, and Teaching–, we are all about sharing knowledge. This site has never accepted financial compensation, engaged in paid advertising, or sold any of its material.

The primary purpose of this site is to give back to a community who has treated us well over the years. We do that by providing knowledge and insight to advance technology in business. For nearly two decades we have relentlessly pursued knowledge with numerous peer-reviewed educational publication references, and our material has been used in universities as well as being presented in well-known international conferences.

Over the years we have purchased many images or acquired images and content from providers by relying on their claims the images or content was copyright free, or otherwise free for use. Although we have a very clear case for “Fair Use” combined with good faith use of purchased and free content (as providers have advertised), we respect the intellectual property rights of others. Anyone who believes that their work has been infringed under copyright law, by material provided on or via an IITRun or affiliated website, may provide notice to our compliance agent with the following information in our removal request form:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work(s) with an infringement claim;
  • Complaining party contact information including name, address, e-mail (if available), or telephone number;
  • A good faith representation by the complaining party that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • A representation that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the holder of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
  • An electronic or physical signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the holder of the copyright interest.

Copyright infringement claims and notices should be submitted through our online DMCA Removal Request form (link). Whether we have purchased images, or acquired them through sites advertising them as free for use, the image costs are trivial. If you feel strongly about an image on our site, and do not want the academic, research, or other scholarly exposure, we will gladly remove content you claim is offending. However, we reserve the right to take legal action against any party misusing the notification process or misrepresenting material information.
